Facials with K. Cheyenn'e are always customized to your skin care concerns and goals. You are more than welcome to book an appointment to treat such concern. In fact, it's highly recommended. A skin care consultation will be performed before the facial starts, and we will proceed from there.

Facials are recommended once a month, while keeping up with the proper skin care routine at home to maintain healthy skin, and to work on your specific concerns.

Please allow 4 full weeks of growth from your last hair removal process (shaving, nair, etc.) Please do not trim prior to your appointment. Trimming too low will not be beneficial for your wax. If you have a low pain tolerance, a Tylenol 4 hours before your appointment can help. Please refrain from any and all numbing creams. Wherever you are getting waxed, please do not apply any oils or lotions to that area. This will prevent the wax from going on effectively. Breathe! You're going to be okay.

For consistent results, one should be getting waxed once a month. Over time, your hair will slow down its growth and you will be able to come possibly every 5-6 weeks. Everyone is different. Please remember to never shave in between waxes!

Please keep the area exfoliated and hydrated. A post wax care form is sent to you via email with every wax appointment booked with all product recommendations. If you ever have any skin concerns, please do not hesitate to email!

Waxing while pregnant is completely okay! As for a C-Section scar, please consult with your doctor on when it would be the best time to start your waxing process again.

When waxing on your menstrual, it is mandatory to have a tampon in during the service. Tampons and wipes are always provided in the service room. However, please be aware that waxing on your menstrual can cause more sensitivity than usual. If you are uncomfortable with the idea, you are always welcome to reschedule your appointment within the month booked! Please communicate the concern via text or email.

Ingrowns and blemishes are always taken out during a "Pretty Kitty Package" service which includes a Brazilian and vajacial. A post wax care form will be emailed to you to help treat your skin at home as well.

There is a 9 min grace period for your appointment. Squeeze in appointments have a grace period of 5 min. After 5/9 minutes, your appointment may not be available. Please plan accordingly. Cancellation Policy: You can always cancel using your confirmation email. You must cancel within 24 hours. Cancellations after 24 hours will result in a 50% charge. Cancellations 1 1/2 hours before your appointment will result in a 100% charge. 4. Payment Methods Zelle and Card on file is always preferred! Waxing Information Menstrual Cycle: You are able to get waxed on a light period. Tampon must be worn. However, this is completely up to you and your preference.
